*On page 39 of the Report & Accounts 2005, the base salary remuneration disclosed for Tim Breedon is stated as £500,000. This is in fact the annual salary as at the 31 December, and not what he was paid in 2005. Following his appointment to Deputy Group Chief Executive ,Tim Breedon's salary increased on 1 June 2005 from £400,000 to £500,000. The salary paid should have been stated as £458,333
